Claude Code underpins the development and daily operations. The workflows being built cover the steps of a cross-border sale: supplier and market research, listing preparation, pricing and landed-cost calculation, regulatory research, and operational records.
開発と日々の運用の土台は Claude Code です。構築中のワークフローは、越境販売の各工程（仕入先・市場の調査、出品の準備、価格設定と着地コストの計算、規制調査、業務記録）を対象にしています。
A Claude API call for HS-code (tariff classification) suggestions is implemented in the commerce codebase. It is currently switched off, and a rule-based classifier is used instead.
HS コード（関税分類）の候補を出す Claude API の呼び出しは、コマース用のコードベースに実装済みです。現在は無効にしてあり、代わりにルールベースの分類器を使っています。

Japanese tea export project
日本茶の輸出プロジェクト
Export-cost calculations and documentation for Japanese tea shipments to the Philippines. The project has sent a documented prototype shipment and is working through commercial import requirements.
フィリピン向けの日本茶の発送について、輸出コストの計算と書類の整備を行っています。記録を残した試作の発送を 1 便済ませ、現在は商用輸入の要件に取り組んでいます。

自動車部品
Workflows for sourcing and market research, pricing, eBay listing, supplier-stock monitoring, and operational records. New and used automotive parts have been listed on eBay.
仕入れと市場の調査、価格設定、eBay への出品、仕入先の在庫監視、業務記録のワークフローです。新品・中古の自動車部品を eBay に出品済みです。
